Joomla my old system totally died and I could not update anything. So I made everything into this new wordpess site in order to save myself all the joomla hassle. If you look to the side bar near the bottom there are RSS links. Mixed is all the pill sites in one feed. Then the others are separate in case you don't want to watch one of them.
